Conwy Mighty Fortress and Fishing village
This has to be a number one destination for all the family this lovely and picturesque welsh fishing village is totally dominated by one of Edward I ring of steel castles.
The children will love exploring this mighty fortress and walking along the walls.
Down by the quay you can see the quaint fisherman's cottages and Quay house the smallest house in Britain mentioned in the Guinness Book of records
Nearby is Aberconwy house a medieval merchants house probably constructed by one of Edwards retinue in the 13th century, this was later added to and what we see today is 16th century.
With shops cafes and restaurants Conwy is great day out for all the family.
