Westonbirt
Westonbirt House and Gardens
Westonbirt is a supreme example of Victorian architecture. Built by RS Holford between 1862-1875 to house his art and literature, the house is the birthplace of the Arboretum.
Come and visit our formal and pleasure grounds, including the Walled Italianate Garden with many architectural features such as the double fountain pond. Westonbirt House is open to the public and by appointment on other days to suit, please contact us.
