Bibury
Bibury and Arlington Row
Bibury sitting beside the River Coln is a very attractive village; two communities form the village the most famous and photographed being the 14th century Row of weaver’s cottages Arlington Row.
William Morris called the village the most beautiful in England.
Opposite the cottages is Rack Isle an open wetland meadow, other nearby attractions include Bibury trout farm and the Church that has some Saxon features. Further along the valley is Ablington which has a fine Cotswold manor house.
